Let us read Mark 14:34 And he said to them, “My soul is very sorrowful, even to death. Remain here and watch.” The main word I want to highlight here is "WATCH". We can see in the above situation that Jesus  Christ is deeply moved by the things that are going to happened to him, So to strengthen himself he goes to prayer unto the Lord in the place called Gethsemane.And he asks his disciples to pray and when he returns they were asleep so asks them watch at least for one hour. Mark 14:37 And he came and found them sleeping, and he said to Peter, “Simon, are you asleep? GENESIS 2:18, 18 Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”                           Its very interesting because God himself helps us by staying with us.
